What if I never go forward the learning curve?
An extremely fatal flaw of mine when it comes to learning are my attempts at tryng to learn and ten giving up way too easily. I could cover it up when I was in school and college but now that I have started working, I have come to realise that I am unable to keep it up any longer.
Having a job bringsa lot of roadblocks but overcoming them is what makes you important in the organization. Delegating them or dropping them half-way might work in the short-term but not in the long-term, unfortunately.
It reduces your not only your self-esteem but also your worth in the eyes of other people.

I am at that stage in my life where I am unable to overcome this problem which has lead me to crippling self-doubt and insecure which is affecting my career as of now.
I have been given the lowest increment percentage in the company and as well as stuck in something I did not see myself in till now. A whole new domain, different field and with one severely limited scope which I call "closed-destination" (the opposite of open-source).
Yes, that's right, what I do in job is something that is not available on the internet, a nightmare of everybody in the field of computers.
If it's "Survival of the Fittest" in nature, as said by Darwin, then it's "Survival of the Competent and Assertive" in IT field.
