Rewinding Hurt

Image
Play Stop  Fast Forward The tape plays in your head      Again and Again Unable to throw away the cassette        That you now keep as a treasure It stays like Dust     You refuse to clean You carry regret      On your lips, Whispering blame     In my ears, Putting guilt      In my eyes Time stops      At the moment As heart wanders     On something  You wish     was once there   The trauma     In your mind Makes your body     repulse in shock  Of the memory      you lived in

Love is pain

I think      I know what love is          I have felt the                 excitement of a secret meeting                    nervousness of holding hands                          warmth of a loving hug The eyes of passion   The anticipation of talks           The small smile teasing me         The beginning of something new which I looked forward to               I think      I know what love was          I have experienced the               anguish of parting ways                    sadn...

Resigned to same

"I am used to it now... This is a sentence you might have heard from people who are tired of things being repeated over and over, even thought they tried desperately to change it from their side.  They analyzed why it happened, evaluated the actions that they can took for it to happen differently or in the way they want it to. So far, it didn't work. The people they expect from didn't deliver it, the circumstances they wanted to get out from remained the same, the trial-error methods used were starting to diminish, and their patience to hope for what they want was running out.  Slowly and steadily, the mug of hope has a tiniest hole that trickles out of it leaving it with feelings of emptiness. You think they are still trying hard, they are still frustrated or maybe there is progress giving them the slight push to take it forward. But, they sigh, they are letting go of the control they think they could have had in the first place. So, if change is the only constant happe...

Some edgy anime quote

The hardest thing life taught me was giving up, moving on and letting go. - Azure Anime pictures used 1) Anohana -       A group of friends, estranged now, have some unresolved feelings left due to a friend that died due to an accident in their childhood, reconcile after one of them claims to see the ghost of the dead friend, asking for their help to fulfill it's wish. 2) Toradora -       A guy with a scary face, who is misunderstood but just wants to make friends and tell his crush his feelings, meets a cute short girl who has a violent personality. A classic anime on what people aren't what they seem - faking it, and the reasons as to why they do so 3) Welcome to N.H.K. -       A NEET (Hikkikomori), since 4 years, meets a girl who wishes to make him come out of his shell, dealing with traume of her own, and a neighbor who has the same hobbies as him, trying to build a career his parents oppose. 4) Honey ...

“Some people live as though they are already dead. There are people moving around us who are consumed by their past, terrified of their future, and stuck in their anger and jealousy. They are not alive; they are just walking corpses.” ― Thich Nhat Hanh, You Are Here: Discovering the Magic of the Present Moment

I pretended to

Image
You should move on     That's why   I pretended to... I pretended that the red tee that flashed  In the sea of people didn't pique my curiosity I pretended that I didn't  Long to take a peek of you Even for a minute I pretended that it didn't remind me of  Us holding hands  As I walked in the garden Seeing couples spending time together   I pretended that when my friend complained about her boyfriend, It did not remind me  of our occasional fights   I pretended that I was  Browsing the contact list to find someone close to call The one without your name   I pretended that the movie  Which was a tragedy  Was the one that made me cry Not the end of our bond or the forvever silence between us I  pretended that I felt bad for the people who shed tears on what they lost And not grieving of what I once had with you
